Welcome to Valley Park

We are a small, private kennel located in Central Iowa at the edge of the beautiful Chichaqua Wildlife area.    Our collies have been successful in many arenas from receiving top honors in the conformation ring to use as a calm therapy provider or going out to herd their owner's cattle or sheep.  Each generation is carefully planned to fit the breed standard and individuals are selected that preserve the particular virtues, health and temperament that has shaped our family of dogs.   We invite you to look around and hope that you will enjoy your visit.

*Pedigree*

Tate is just one of our up and coming sons of CH. Tartanside Allegiance.   He has started his show career with some exciting achievments including  an exciting Win in the Bred-by Class at the 2008 CCofA Nationals.  After coating up this November, he returned to the showring to win both majors which included winners dog at the Nebraska Collie Club Specialty. Tate has recently  gone on to win his third major at the Northern Wisconsin Collie Specialty in April  2009.   

BISS CH. Tartanside Allegiance ROM, AOM, HIC *Pedigree*

Lee earned 2 prestigous Awards Of Merit and has twice won his  Veteran's class at the Collie Club of America's National Shows.  He is the sire of 35 Champions to date with many more to finish soon.  He easily earned his HIC at 10 years young and had never laid eyes on sheep before.  He continues to bless our lives with his amazing grace and beauty.
